Found by God

I find all sorts of thoughts flying around in my head. Concerns, delights, divertions, fears, hopes, enticements, provocations . How did they get there and who let them in.

An issue arises to do with home or my work and there is a ‘free for all’ of thoughts that just fly into my head. I spend my precious energy and time trying to deal with the most aggressive, intrusive of these illegal entrants. Much later I find that the quieter thoughts in the background are sound and creative and healing.

I must declare a no fly zone in my head and as soon as I see an illegal entrant I must throw it out and see the background ‘breath of God’ thoughts that give me a way through and life. In the clearing I am foundbyGod.
