Discovering some new things that are old things

denying myself permission to sort everything out that passes under my nose … interfering

denying myself permission to be intimidated into things, intimidated by myself or someone else … entanglement

denying myself permission to opt out an just do nothing …. indifference

now I’ve got loads of headspace to get some really good guidance.
